Well, here’s your chance to get it. The first ever production 2017 Civic Type R will be auctioned off on Bring a Trailer starting today, June 7th. All proceeds will go to the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation.
The Auction closes on June 15th so bidding will be open for a little over a week. Since the Civic R has been out of reach for US consumers, the folks at Honda thought it would be a good idea to give one lucky (and likely wealthy) fan an opportunity to own the VIN #1. The winner will be the first to own the fastest FWD production car around the Nurburgring! So if you want to get your hands on this bad boy bring tons of cash, bring a trailer & go to town.
