The One Millionth Porsche 911 Is A Carrera S In Irish Green

Since its inception in 1963, the Porsche 911 has been one of the most impressive sports cars in the world, & has played a major role in the Porsche brand. Today, porsche announced that the one millionth 911 just rolled off the production line. It is a Carrera S, & is painted with a special Irish Green color.

Along with a badge that says 911 Nr. 1000000, there are several other things that make this car unique. The center of the leather seats have the original pepita pattern from 1964 & are reminiscent of Ferry Porsche’s first official 911. The steering wheel will have the Porsche crest from 1964 & is finished in mahogony. The instrument cluster will display the label 1,000,000 911, the wheel hub covers will say 911, & the crest on the hood is also the same one featured on the original 911.
It will have a power boosted 450 hp flat engine & a 7 speed manual transmission. Quite frankly, there are too many subtleties to list, but you can read about all of them in the Porsche press release. Don’t forget to check out the video below also!
